 Considerations     
- Wooden posters are made from natural wood. Expect variations in colour and wood grain texture. This is the characteristic of wood and makes each poster unique. 
- The thickness may vary by +/- 3 mm for solid wood panels. 
- Sizes may vary by +/- 3 mm for solid wood panels.
- Weight may vary depending upon the moisture content and species of the wood. 

Upload the photo you want engraved and we will prepare a design preview and email it to you in 2 working days. Once you approve the design, it will be engraved and shipped to you.

Average delivery time for custom wooden posters is 10 to 14 days.

Image guidelines for photo engraving on wooden posters

To carve your photo on wood, follow these best practices:

• Upload a high-res photo. Image size must be 2 mb or more. 
• Photo must be well lit, crisp with no blurring. 
• No photo collages or edited images with Instagram filters, unedited images work best. 
• If you upload a low-resolution image, you may receive an email from us requesting an alternate image.

Pro tip: Portrait pictures taken during the day work best. Pictures from your phone camera or DSLR camera are preferred over images downloaded from facebook or instagram. 

Note: 
- Your design mock-up will be emailed to you within 2 working days after receiving your prepaid order. 
- We accept one image per product. Please do not send us multiple images for the design mock-up. 
- You can ask for changes in your designtill you are satisfied. However, this will further delay your dispatch date by 24 hours. 
- If you are not happy with the design mockup you can cancel the order and get a full refund. (order cancellations are allowed before your custom product is engraved).

Production of custom wooden posters takes 7 working days. Custom products are put into production and shipped out after we receive a confirmation of your design mockup.

Domestic shipping & delivery (India) 
We offer free domestic shipping across India. Delivery to metro cities takes 3-4* working days after we ship, non-metro locations take 7 working days. You will receive a tracking number for your package after your product is shipped out.

International shipping & delivery
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are displayed during checkout. Delivery to Asia, North America and Western Europe takes 7-8 working days*. Other countries will take 14 days*. You will receive a tracking number for your package after your product is shipped out. The customer is liable to pay any customs duty and local taxes applicable on the product.

Domestic shipping & delivery (INDIA)
Shipping is free for order value of more than Rs.499.  Orders will be delivered within 2-4 working days,after we ship. You will receive tracking number for your package after the product is shipped out.

International shipping & delivery

We offer international shipping to most countries.The shipping charge is Rs.2500.
Delivery time is about 7-10 working days. You will receive tracking number for your package after you product is shipped out. 

The recipient is liable to pay any customs duty and local taxes applicable on the product.

We will issue a full refund if you request for cancellations before we iniate production of your order. Once production is complete, no refund will be initiated for custom engraved products.

If you receive a broken/damaged product, we will ship out a free replacement.
