Specifications

• Thickness: 0.9 inches thick solid wood medals. 
• Size: 3*3 inches.
• Weight: The birch medal weighs approx 14 gm to 20 gm 
• The mahogany medal weighs approx 19 gm to 22 gm

Considerations  

- Wooden medals are made from natural wood. Expect variations in color and wood grain texture. This is the characteristic of wood and makes each certificate unique.

- The thickness may vary by +/- 1 mm for solid wood panels. 

- Sizes may vary by +/- 1 inch for solid wood panels.

- Weight may vary depending upon the moisture content and species of the wood.

Make your own wooden medal on your choice of wood. Add the text you like and we will design and email you a digital mockup to show you a preview of your certificate. You approve the design and we carve and ship your custom wooden certificate.

Average delivery time for custom products is 14 to 21 days

Note:  
- Your design mock-up will be emailed to you within 2 working days after receiving your prepaid order.    
- You can ask for changes in your design till you are satisfied. However, this will further delay your dispatch date by 24 hours. 
- If you are not happy with the design mockup you can cancel the order and get a full refund. (order cancellations are allowed before your custom product is engraved)

Your product will be shipped within 3 to 4 working days after you approve your design mockup.

Domestic shipping & delivery (INDIA)
Domestic shipping (India) is free.  Delivery to metro cities takes 3-5 working days after we ship, non-metro locations take 6-7 working days. You will receive a tracking number for your package after your product is shipped out.

International shipping & delivery

We offer international shipping to most countries. International shipping rates are displayed during checkout. Delivery to Asia, North America and Western Europe take 7-10 days*. Other countries will take 14 days*. You will receive a tracking number for your package after your product is shipped out. The customer is liable to pay any customs duty and local taxes applicable on the product.

Delivery time is about 7-10 working days. You will receive tracking number for your package after you product is shipped out. 

The recipient is liable to pay any customs duty and local taxes applicable on the product.

We will issue a full refund if you request for cancellations before we iniate production of your order. Once production is complete, no refund will be initiated for custom engraved products.

If you receive a broken/damaged product, we will ship out a free replacement.
