No digital preview will be sent for wooden custom medals

You can customize this medal with a name or any text on the back of the medal. Please choose from the 4 designs provided and we will engrave the text provided in the design selected. Please note that no custom text can be added to the front of the medal.

Your product will be shipped within 4-5 working days of receiving the order.

Domestic shipping & delivery (INDIA)
Domestic shipping (India) is free.  Delivery to metro cities takes 3-5 working days after we ship, non-metro locations take 6-7 working days. You will receive a tracking number for your package after your product is shipped out.

International shipping & delivery

We offer international shipping to most countries. International shipping rates are displayed during checkout. Delivery to Asia, North America and Western Europe take 7-10 days*. Other countries will take 14 days*. You will receive a tracking number for your package after your product is shipped out. The customer is liable to pay any customs duty and local taxes applicable on the product.

Delivery time is about 7-10 working days. You will receive tracking number for your package after you product is shipped out.

We will issue a full refund if you request for cancellations before we iniate production of your order. Once production is complete, no refund will be initiated for custom engraved products.
